Patient Accounts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Manager to manage billing and collection functions for Patient Accounts Receivable in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate billing statements and manage patient accounts receivable
• Communicate with patients regarding overdue balances and establish payment arrangements
• Develop procedures and strategies to improve billing practices and reduce bad debt losses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Reimbursement Management or supervision in an infusion setting
• Knowledge of financial accounting and healthcare billing regulations
• Experience with reimbursement processes, including billing and collections
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify trends and improve results
