The Role

The ideal Data Project Manager will guide the development and strategy of data products from ideation to launch. You will work with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists, to ensure alignment with company OKRs and customer needs. Your skills in business strategy, data analytics, and product management will help prioritize user demands, support data governance, and communicate product benefits to stakeholders. If you have experience in successfully launching products or growing business solutions, this role is for you!

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company’s OKRs and redefines industry standards.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver groundbreaking solutions.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Work seamlessly with technology, design, marketing, operations, and sales teams to define and execute product strategies, including key features and enhancements.
• Evaluate and prioritize product features based on their potential impact on customers and business objectives.
• Oversee product development projects, ensuring timelines are met, quality is maintained, and value is delivered consistently.
• Maintain clear and effective communication across departments to ensure alignment and collaborative success.
• Establish and track metrics and KPIs to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably launching and/or growing products.
• Proficient in data tools and technology, including business intelligence platforms, data warehousing, and databases.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
• Able to plan ahead and create a vision for data products that align with long-term company goals.
• Skilled in generating product innovations through trend analysis, customer needs assessment, and market research.
• Strong ability to understand data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance data products over time.
• Focused on identifying and meeting end customer demands, integrating user feedback into product development
• Able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Strong expertise in market research techniques and agile development practices.
• Adept at making informed decisions based on performance metrics and data analysis.
• A lifelong learner with a curious mindset, eager to explore and innovate.
