The Role

The ideal candidate shall have experience executing campaigns and the potential and seniority required to administrate a specific list of clients. The Retention Manager, should be an experienced professional with strong relationship-building, strategic, and problem-solving skills, while thriving to execute specific and tailor made campaigns. This role involves nurturing partnerships with our key clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored campaign plans for growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with their campaigns.
  • Developing and executing strategic campaigns to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Acting as a designed point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of company records related to all influencer and brand client transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client expectations.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and market developments, anticipating changes in clients' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements.


Desired Background
  • Fluency in both English is required.
  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for startups and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.
