The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our growing recruitment efforts by managing logistics and providing administrative support to TA Team Members and Talent Managers, to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating intern program activities, and ensuring logistics run smoothly for various events. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure efficiency, communication, and timely coordination of all recruitment activities. This is not a remote opportunity. Candidates should have the ability to work hybrid from Toledo, OH.
In this Role You Will Execute On:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage Talent Acquisition email inbox, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Review and manage talent referrals and referral payments.
- Assist Talent Acquisition team in managing and auditing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to post job openings on relevant job boards, social media and career sites.
- Conduct initial phone interviews as needed.
- Support campus recruitment efforts, registering for job fairs, posting roles to campus recruitment websites, and responding to student inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including coordination of background checks and new hire paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting, scheduling, and coordination of recruitment events.
- Coordinate and schedule intern-related activities, such as orientation sessions, training programs, team-building events, and social outings.
- Assist in organizing and managing logistics for intern events, including lunches, site visits, and special projects.
- Update and maintain internal intern intranet space throughout summer.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support intern recruitment efforts, including interview scheduling and communication with applicants.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
In This Role You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced professional communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize with effective results
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Canva.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Familiarity with employment law and regulations preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Work is generally performed in a typical office environment with limited exposure to physical risk or physical effort required.
