Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
• Strong foundation in employee lifecycle areas, including performance management and employee relations
• Experience in coaching and collaborating with managers at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Data-driven with experience using HR metrics to provide insights
