Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong employee relations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Reliable knowledge of State and Federal employment law
• Experience in real estate, financial, or professional services is a plus
