Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Systems HCM Implementation Associate (Contract, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage project meetings and logistical planning
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate training logistics
• Assist with documentation and data collection for system implementation

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support
• Interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
• Ability to handle confidential data with care
• Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
