Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Insurance Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes for a dedicated client
• Resolve health insurance-related matters by collaborating with insurance carriers and client team members
• Track communications and activities, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or related fields
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) preferred
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and eligibility measurement systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
