Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to provide HR advisory services to nonprofit partners focused on social justice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Serve as a trusted coach to project leaders and support the development of new HR offerings
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and job description approvals to ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
  • 6 years of progressive HR experience or 8 years of relevant experience managing all facets of HR
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or organizational development; Master's degree preferred
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the social/nonprofit sector preferred
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization
