A company is looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for various countries
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll-related matters and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role with multi-state US payroll processing
• Experience managing payroll for international locations, especially Canada, UK, Singapore, Brazil, and Japan
• Strong understanding of payroll principles and compliance requirements
• Experience with variable compensation structures, such as commissions and bonuses
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software/HRIS systems
