Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Information System Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration and support of Workday Absence Management and Core HCM
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support various Workday modules
  • Provide hands-on execution and strategic guidance for Workday projects and enhancements
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, preferably in a consulting role
  • Expertise in Workday Absence Management and Core HCM
  • Strong background in Workday reporting, business process configuration, and security setup
  • Demonstrated success in leading Workday projects in fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes from hire to retire
