As Marketing Campaign Manager on our Growth team, you'll lead campaign management for our top strategic partnerships while helping to shape our digital future. Working closely with partners, creative teams, and digital specialists, you'll be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.
The role spans partnership management and digital innovation, ensuring our marketing campaigns deliver results while exploring new opportunities for growth through emerging channels and content strategies.
The opportunity to work with major Australian partners, managing campaigns from concept to completion
Being passionate about digital marketing, with a keen interest in social media and video content
The chance to collaborate with creative teams and build engaging marketing campaigns
Taking ownership of projects and driving them forward without needing to be prompted
Solving complex marketing challenges and working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
Staying ahead of digital trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team
You have 2-3 years' experience in marketing, with exposure to both traditional and digital channels
A background in campaign management with demonstrable results
Experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms - implementation experience is a plus
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders while remaining professional
Experience collaborating with creative teams and external partners to deliver results
A proactive approach and natural enthusiasm for taking on new challenges
