Florida Licensed Return-to-Work Facilitator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return-to-Work Facilitator to assist injured employees in returning to work in a Workers' Compensation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the return-to-work process under the direction of the RN Case Manager
• Obtain and track medical documentation, including DWC-25 forms, to ensure timely employee return
• Communicate job description requirements to providers and coordinate modified duty assignments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years' experience in a medical terminology or medical office environment
• Knowledge of vocational return-to-work tools and familiarity with claims software systems
• Working knowledge of the Florida Workers' Compensation system and statutes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
