Investment Real Estate Acquisition Agent

Fair Trade is a brokerage specializing in acquiring and disposing of distressed properties.  Our acquisition agents bring in deals for our sales team to sell to our network of local investors.  The investors we sell to are looking for properties priced below market and use cash or hard money when they purchase from Fair Trade.  


Fair Trade supplies the investor marketplace with inventory that can be transformed into market-ready housing in Southern California.


Fair Trade Real Estate is looking for an Acquisition Agent responsible for helping us buy properties and grow our footprint in our local real estate market. We are growing at an incredible pace and looking for enthusiastic agents. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:


- Representing Fair Trade Real Estate (FTRE) by purchasing distressed properties for our holding company

- Running comparables within the area and on properties to ensure a solid ROI for the company and our investors

- Negotiating and contracting SFR, Condo/Townhomes, 2-4 unit properties, and infill development deals

- Providing consistent inventory for our in-house sales team

- Staying up to date with best practices, real estate requirements, and trends

- Active California Real Estate License

- 3 years of real estate experience working in the investment real estate industry

- Full-time commitment to discuss, view, negotiate, and offer on properties

- Ability to communicate professionally, work in a team environment, and pay attention to detail
