Job description
Overview of Role and Ideal Candidate: You will focus on supporting main transformation and enablement programs within the organization. Specifically, this role is designed to support senior team members in activating strategic plans, communicating with partners, and ensuring that business practices are implemented and optimized. You will help enable business practices and transformation efforts across the organization, making sure that teams are aligned and that the changes being implemented can be sustained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transformation Support and Coordination: Help plan, tracking, and ensuring milestones are met for transformation projects.
• Communication and Partner Engagement: Draft updates, inform partners, and organize meetings with clear outcomes.
• Process Enablement and Best Practices: Document and support implementation of business practices for efficiency.
• Activation of Strategic Plans: Coordinate resources, address roadblocks, and keep projects aligned with goals.
• Data Tracking and Reporting: Collect data, prepare performance reports, and support data-driven decisions. Required Skills in order of importance:
• Comfortable working in a environment with, and open to learning and taking on new challenges.
• Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inform stakeholders across the organization.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience activating work and ideas across diverse teams.
· 2 years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related field.
· Internship experience or coursework in project management or business operations can be considered as experience.
