Responsibilities:
• Manage key stakeholder communication across client, influencer teams and Open X partners
• Receive and facilitate briefing process between the strategic agency and the implementation partners from E2E and Connections strategy workflow
• Project management lead on all influencer campaigns – coordinate tasks between influencer, strategy, creative and media teams to ensure seamless operations and deadlines are being met
• Ownership of billings process for influencer services on TCCC. Keeping track of CE’s, PO’s and invoices.
• Tracking the status of influencer campaigns across the OU.
• Ensuring the status tracker is up to date.
• Sending of contact reports post meetings.
• Managing collaborations with KOLs for online advocacy, monitoring the process, and reporting
effectiveness. Managing third party suppliers.
• Assisting in the development, planning and execution of influencer strategies under the guidance of the Regional Influencer Director.
• Responsible for ensuring that post campaign reports are sent out.
• Ensuring the complete full line of sight of the status of all influencer campaigns.
• Ensuring all influencer campaigns are executed.
• Ensuring strong communication between all internal and external stakeholders.
• Project managing all influencer campaigns through the execution link.
Experience
• 4-5+ years of experience in trafficking or project management – preferably in an influencer marketing agency
• Experience working with global and local brands in influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and influencer content
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, paid media, rules and regulations, and content moderation
• Experience with a social management system/tool
• Experience in team management and development
• Demonstrated business acumen and track record of successful campaigns
• Strong strategic skills and the ability to apply them
• Makes the complex seem simple by using intelligence, natural intuition, research, and data
• Track record of developing deep consumer understandings, strategic insights, and innovative ideas for brands
