Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Provide accurate information about job openings and staffing solutions to clients and candidates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new candidates by providing necessary information and resources.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to streamline the communication process between candidates and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service function to enhance efficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in staffing and recruiting or a related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
