Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Operations and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the People Operations team and manage all aspects of people management
• Own the strategic design and administration of the HRIS (Workday) and manage the People tech stack
• Develop multi-year strategies for people operations aligned with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in People (HR), with specific experience in people operations and tech stack ownership (Workday required)
• 5+ years of direct people management experience
• Prior experience in a high-growth tech-forward environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Workday certification(s) preferred
