Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational behavior, human resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Ten or more years of experience in organizational change management; four or more years managing a team
  • Experience in establishing an organizational change management function preferred
  • Change management certification or designation required
