A company is looking for a Director Change Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of change management practitioners, ensuring engagement and professional growth
• Collaborate with peers to establish CMO strategy, goals, and internal workstreams aimed at enhancing change maturity
• Oversee the design and implementation of change management solutions and ensure adherence to change management methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational behavior, human resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Ten or more years of experience in organizational change management; four or more years managing a team
• Experience in establishing an organizational change management function preferred
• Change management certification or designation required
