Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategies to grow revenue and enhance customer experiences
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
• Manage a sales pipeline and provide after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerage sales and operations
• Transferrable book of business with direct relationships with shippers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
