• 7+ years of experience in human resources at a SaaS startup
• 5+ years of experience managing HR or people operations teams
• Extensive experience in managing total rewards, including compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and federal/state employment laws
• Proven ability to create and execute talent development and retention programs
