Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with their West coast based customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with a global CSM team
  • Partner with Account Managers to create value and support customer renewals and growth
  • Serve as a product expert and advocate for customer needs throughout the contract lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in helping Enterprise and Mid-Market customers achieve their goals
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, growing, and deadline-driven environments
  • Experience navigating an Enterprise organization's political landscape
  • Proven ability to support 30-40 Mid-Market and Enterprise customers simultaneously
  • Bonus points for a master's degree or equivalent experience
