Payment Escalation Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Payment Escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Payment Posting Escalation Department operations and staff development
• Plan and evaluate department objectives, including KPI monitoring and reporting
• Compile reports for senior management and conduct regular team meetings for improvement feedback

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least four (4) years of revenue cycle experience preferred
• At least two (2) years of supervisory/management experience preferred
• At least two (2) years of posting experience preferred
• Equivalent experience in a related field may be considered
