Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous phone assistance to patients and other stakeholders
• Schedule and register patient appointments while managing high call volumes
• Update patients on the status of referrals and assist with various inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
• Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a high-volume multichannel contact center
• Preferred: Experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment
