Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to dental customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service
• Research requests regarding various product aspects, policy provisions, and claim status
• Efficiently process transactions and enhance the relationship between the customer and clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of experience in customer service (call center, retail, or restaurants)
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 8 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday
• Intermediate computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Preferred experience in a call center or dental office environment
