Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English / Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day and identify customer assistance needs
• Document information in computer systems while actively listening and asking appropriate questions
• Assist customers with appointment scheduling and resolve issues by researching multiple databases

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
