Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships and ensure successful onboarding
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Define and develop Customer Success Best Practices to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Mid-Market Account Management or Customer Success
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at the executive level
  • Experience in understanding customer business goals and developing strategies to support them
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for technology and customer success
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Martech is a plus
