• Complete insurance verification and communicate with patients regarding their documentation and coverage

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience are required
• Experience with Medicare certified processes is preferred
