Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSR II Call Access Center professional for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing high volume incoming calls
  • Maintain up-to-date reference materials and assist in disseminating updated information
  • Guide and mentor new and existing team members in the patient access center
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of data entry experience
  • 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • 1 year of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed
