Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders from external partners
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and assess pricing for suggested services
• Field calls from drivers to evaluate specific needs and suggest appropriate and cost-effective service locations for clients

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in Boise or immediate surrounding counties in Idaho
• Must have a minimum of 4 current ASE certifications
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
