Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the legal aspects of fund formation, including drafting and negotiating relevant legal documents
• Provide expert advice on SEC regulations and stay updated on evolving crypto-related regulations
• Offer guidance on regulatory matters and compliance strategies for crypto venture capital investments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in private fund formation and regulatory compliance at a law firm or similar institution
• Deep understanding of SEC Regulation D (onshore) and Regulation S (offshore)
• Familiarity with the proposed Clarity Act and other digital asset regulations
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
