Senior Compliance and Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Compliance & Risk (ECRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more enterprise CMS programs, including audits, licensing tasks, and compliance training
• Research and assess internal and external environments to identify emerging trends and risks
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board of directors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of financial services compliance, risk management, or audit experience
• 5+ years of experience within a Compliance Management System or Operational Risk Management Program
• 7+ years of experience with applicable financial services laws and regulations
• Experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a high-volume call center
