Cprime US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Occasionally, our teams have the option to meet in-person for team meetings, collaboration, or social events.

The Director of Partnerships is responsible for building, managing, and nurturing strategic relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth and success. This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and operational execution to maximize the value of partnerships, with a strong emphasis on driving partner-influenced sales and aligning partner contributions with business objectives.


What you will do:
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation with partners that align with Cprime's business objectives and drive revenue generation
  • Develop and implement joint go-to-market business plans including developing joint offerings and bringing them to market.
  • Drive all aspects of partner management including executive interlocks, pipeline building, business development, enablement, partner marketing, and solution development
  • Conduct regular check-ins and analyze partnership performance to provide insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams to support partner initiatives and serve as a bridge to resolve issues, implement initiatives, and enhance collaboration.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS partner management, sales, business development, or account management
  • Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
  • Experience in the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus
