Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed goals for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAO) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
- Find and qualify potential clients using various lead generation methods
- Use tools like phone, email, CRM, and sales automation to connect with leads and create interest
- Talk to key decision-makers at target companies to understand their needs
- Set up meetings for the sales team to present solutions to potential clients
- Work with the team to create contact lists and outreach strategies
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all activities in the CRM system
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively
- Motivation to grow and succeed within a sales team
- Experience in IT system integration is a plus but not mandatory
- Fluent English; Fluent Russian
