Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract candidates in tech and AI fields
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on hiring practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in full life cycle recruiting for technical roles
• Proven success in recruiting within high-growth tech environments
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work independently in a freelance/contractor role
