Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a legal partner for key business areas, including Product Partnerships and Enterprise Merchants
• Negotiate strategic deals and streamline legal processes in collaboration with business partners
• Build and improve contract templates while promoting compliance and smart decision-making

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to any US state bar
• 8+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Proven track record of drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment
