Drafts and manages legal documents, correspondence, and maintains attorney dockets
Creates medical records, expense summaries, and may train or mentor incoming paralegals
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or paralegal certification, plus four years of related work experience
Paralegal certification preferred
Two or more years of law office experience, preferably in civil litigation and workers' compensation
Familiarity with administrative concepts in the insurance industry
Comfortable with state and federal rules of civil procedure
