Key Responsibilities

• Manage business rhythms for the CPO, including team meetings and organizational communications
• Provide strategic guidance and act as a trusted partner to cross-functional leaders
• Prepare executive briefings and coordinate research for high-level meetings

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate tech, or a similar role with executive exposure
• Diverse HR experience across areas such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Recruiting
• High emotional intelligence with proven ability to build relationships with C-suite executives
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional project management ability
