Chief Business Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Business Officer to lead commercial and growth functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and lead the global go-to-market strategy and oversee client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives
• Provide executive oversight to senior leaders and foster collaboration across business units
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at client organizations and represent the company in industry forums

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership experience in P&C insurance services, technology, or consulting
• Proven success in overseeing revenue-generating teams in complex organizations
• Deep familiarity with insurance business models, including Life and Annuity and Property & Casualty
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
