Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of CRM support specialists to enhance Salesforce CRM adoption and user experience
• Serve as the escalation point for complex CRM issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders
• Collaborate with various teams to align CRM strategy and support new functionalities while maintaining support documentation and metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in sales/business operations
• 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring a support or operations team
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and user support best practices
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
