Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Outplacement / Talent Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage current relationships, focusing on account growth and client retention
• Generate new business by targeting and acquiring new customers for leadership development and outplacement
• Serve as a subject matter expert to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling experience in outplacement and/or leadership solutions
• 5+ years of experience selling to Human Resources departments
• Proven track record in prospecting and business development
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to work independently
• Currently resides in Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, or Washington state
