Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to act as a Brand Ambassador and drive sales growth through customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 40-50 inbound interactions daily via chats, calls, and emails
• Exhibit exceptional service standards and maintain organized customer records using Salesforce
• Proactively reach out to prospective customers and collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment, with sales experience highly preferred
• Must be self-motivated and able to work remotely or in an office setting
• Technological proficiency required, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft tools
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with some weekend coverage as needed
