About the Team
Careem Express is a vertical within the Careem ecosystem – a startup within a startup. We are responsible for fulfillment and last mile delivery for hundreds of merchants in a variety of industries including e-commerce, food, grocery and other areas. We are a small and passionate team that is building the next big vertical for Careem.
Sales manager is at the core of Careem Express. They are our face to clients and we rely on them to build a strong pipeline, and move with our business to the next level. They are responsible for growing demand in a sustainable way.

Careem is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our vibrant team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With Careem Express, a startup within a startup, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our future in fulfillment and last mile delivery. Your role as a Sales Manager is pivotal; you’ll act as the face of Careem to our clients, driving business development by acquiring new accounts and crafting optimal sales strategies to ensure lead generation and conversion. You’ll cultivate relationships with stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and work closely with our operations and logistics teams to deliver accurate cost proposals. If you have 4-5 years of experience in sales or commercial management, particularly in the e-commerce or on-demand logistics sectors, we want you!
