Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound channels to set appointments and close sales.
2. Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of the DTC Brand's products and services.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales development or a related role within the e-commerce industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close sales.
3. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
4. Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) in the CET time zone.
5. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
