Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal/Compliance Professional to join their Legal & Compliance team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to subpoenas and complex medical record requests
• Assist with investigations of complaints and legal threats
• Coordinate legal and compliance filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal operations, or healthcare law
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations
• Experience in mental health or telehealth preferred, not required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
