Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with the Legal team on compliance projects
• Provide strategic compliance advice and mentor team members
• Create management and board reporting for compliance functions and foster a culture of compliance within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in a bank or FinTech environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of federal laws related to lending and compliance
• Comprehensive understanding of bank and payments financial ecosystems
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
