US Immigration Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Immigration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and strategy for immigration processes from initial consultation through petition filing
• Review and approve immigration submissions and guide Immigration Specialists
• Conduct training sessions on immigration law updates and assist the Sales team with legal consultations

Required Qualifications

• JD and admission to any U.S. state bar
• 3-5 years of U.S. business immigration experience, particularly in high-volume filings
• Experience preparing and filing H1B and L1 petitions and PERM applications
• Ability to manage the PERM recruitment process and ensure compliance with DOL regulations
• Proficiency in legal technology and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
