Senior Counsel Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Partnership & Alliances - East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counseling to the channel sales organization on global partner programs and associated legal risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate various partnership and alliance agreements, ensuring efficient contract processes
• Respond to legal inquiries from business teams and support the improvement of legal documentation and processes

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in a technology company
• Familiarity with privacy and information security legal issues
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and channel partnerships
• Experience with distributors and international markets
