Per portare avanti la nostra missione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Social Media Strategist che si unisca al nostro team.

Le tue responsabilità includeranno:

  • Gestione della Comunicazione Istituzionale su LinkedIn: gestione profilo aziendale della holding e dei brand a portafoglio, inclusa la creazione e la pubblicazione di contenuti strategici che rafforzino l'immagine e i valori del gruppo;

  • Personal Branding dei Profili Chiave: implementazione del personal branding su LinkedIn per i fondatori, C-level e manager dell’azienda, cura e gestione dei profili Linkedin, affinché rispecchino i valori, le competenze e la leadership aziendale e creazione di contenuti personalizzati che mettano in risalto il pensiero strategico e il ruolo di leadership di questi profili;

  • Ottimizzazione dei Contenuti: analisi dell'algoritmo di LinkedIn per massimizzare la visibilità dei contenuti pubblicati, inclusa la creazione e la gestione di un piano editoriale settimanale/mensile per assicurare una comunicazione costante e di qualità;

  • Gestione della Community: interazione con follower e contatti su LinkedIn, rispondendo a commenti e messaggi per mantenere alta l’attenzione e il coinvolgimento ed identificazione di nuove opportunità di networking e crescita della community online;

  • Monitoraggio e Reporting: monitoraggio delle performance delle campagne e dei contenuti su LinkedIn, producendo report dettagliati su interazioni, crescita dei follower e conversioni ed analisi dei dati per ottimizzare e migliorare continuamente le strategie di comunicazione.

Cosa ci farebbe piacere che portassi con te:

  • Laurea in Comunicazione, Digital marketing, Giornalismo o simile;

  • Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo;

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;

  • Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese(C1/C2);

  • Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme social e dei loro algoritmi, soprattutto Linkedin;

  • Conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi dei social media come Google Analytics, Facebook o Insights;

  • Conoscenza di Sales Navigator.
