Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources to meet and exceed program enrollment goals
• Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Program Operations to execute outreach campaigns and events
• Conduct outreach activities including meetings, calls, and social media engagement to maintain connections with referral partners

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, sales, or business development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in referral relationship management and lead generation
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other marketing platforms
